Welcome to the KingdomWerks Ecosystem

Build Identity.Create Value.Leave Legacy.

KingdomWerks develops people, ideas, and stories into something that can create impact far beyond themselves. Through youth development, real-world entrepreneurship, identity education, and publishing, we help people discover what they carry — and learn how to use it.

One Vision.
Multiple Pathways.

KingdomWerks is built around one idea: when people understand who they are, develop what they carry, and learn how to create value with it, they can leave something meaningful behind.

The Philosophy

The Code was never meant to be hidden.

The Code is
  1. I.Build Identity.
  2. II.Create Value.
  3. III.Leave a Legacy.

The KingdomWerks Code includes 26 Laws of Identity — one principle for every letter of the alphabet.

The laws give young people practical principles they can practice and embody as they develop their character, mindset, leadership, decision-making, purpose, responsibility, standards, and vision.

About the word “laws”

When we call these “laws,” we mean guiding principles. They are not legal laws or scientific laws. The KingdomWerks Code is not a religious curriculum. Its principles are universal and can be applied by young people and families from different backgrounds, cultures, traditions, and belief systems.

Our Story

It started with one young leader.

KingdomWerks began through the real-life development of Izaiah “The People’s Kid.”

Through books, public speaking, entrepreneurship, leadership development, communication, and real-world business experiences, his family intentionally helped him strengthen both who he was and what he could create.

KingdomWerks Academy was built to give other young people access to that same kind of intentional development, where identity is strengthened through practice, responsibility, mentorship, and real-world experience.

Identity isn’t just taught.It’s practiced.

Real growth happens when young people have opportunities to apply what they are learning.

Real Experience. Not Simulation.

We don’t just teach identity. Our students practice it in real time.

Many programs

Teach entrepreneurship through simulations.

KingdomWerks

Gives students real-world experiences.

Students learn, communicate, sell, solve problems, speak publicly, set goals, manage emotions, develop discipline, interact with customers, and earn through actual entrepreneurial experiences.
